Here we have the Bumper Fun Summer Special for 2010. Guest artist is my friend and colleague Rob Englebright. You can find the comic in THE STORIES tab, under the heading, Rapid Response.
I usually have to wait several months before I can really enjoy the ones I've done entirely myself. But I laughed like a drain when I got this one back. Partly cuz Rob is so good, but also because I don't have those niggling little thoughts about bits where I feel that with a bit more time...

Policy Police: Rapid Response. OUT NOW!
What is this?
This blog is the public outlet for my slightly satirical manga. I started out doing these to keep up the spirits of my work colleagues as they struggled daily in the state bureaucracy. Policy Police proper has gone into hibernation for a bit - as I'm no longer inside the machine, I lack the bile to bring these out quite as regularly. So I'm slowly building the next story and will return when I'm happy with what I've got.
In the meantime I'm publishing a series of 4-panel comics, The Marchers, based on an idea I had a long long time ago.
